executive coach, course designer and author with over 18 years
experience applying the principles of type and temperament to
the workplace. With her background in Industrial-Organizational
Psychology, Julia has worked as a consultant for some of
America’s most successful enterprise organizations. She is
certified to administer and interpret the
Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator®
and has experience designing and facilitating workshops using
the MBTI®
and a variety of temperament and type assessments for personal
development, management development and team building.
Julia’s engaging style combines real-world business knowledge
and the theory of personality type and temperament; the focus is
always on results that are practical and immediately useful.
Her work in the
leadership and management arenas ranges from individual
coaching, to custom course development and delivery, to global
management program rollouts for hundreds of participants. A
